A noted author and lecturer, Col. Allard’s hard-hitting and often hilarious book, Warheads: Cable News and The Fog of War, is a must-read that details the debilitating issues that arise when a nation watches war on TV. He is a columnist for the Washington Times and frequently contributes to blogsites, such as the Daily Beast and the Daily Caller.

As one of NBC’s stable of military analysts, Col Allard covered international crises - from Kosovo to the War on Terror from 1997-2007.

An army command and control expert, he served in 1996 on special assignment with the U.S. 1st Armored Division in Bosnia. His military career as an operational intelligence officer also included service on the faculty of the United States Military Academy, as special assistant to the Army Chief of Staff, and as dean of students at the National War College.

Allard holds a Ph.D. from the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, and an M.P.A. from Harvard University. He is an adjunct professor in the National Security Studies Program, Georgetown University.

Our meetings are open and we encourage you to invite your friends. See you there.
